NMLC is seeking a highly motivated, solution oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills to support our land conservation and stewardship activities. The scope of the position includes: conservation easement monitoring and stewardship; project development and implementation; responding to public inquiries and outreach; developing effective partnerships and working relationships; conservation planning; fundraising; and assistance with professional accreditation. College degree required (graduate degree preferred) in natural resource management, land-use planning, conservation real estate or other similar field; and 2-5 years related experience. Previous land trust experience, familiarity with New Mexico, and experience with GPS and GIS preferred. Competitive salary and benefits, EOE.
