Executive Scheduler Greenbelt Alliance is the champion of the places that make the Bay Area special. We seek an experienced candidate, with excellent attention to detail and follow-through, to join our team as the Executive Scheduler. Position Summary The Executive Scheduler will provide administrative scheduling and meeting support for Greenbelt Alliance’s Executive Director. The Executive Scheduler may also provide additional administrative support, such as support for meetings of Greenbelt Alliance’s Board of Directors and Board committees, and assist the Executive Director with other administrative tasks, such as the processing of invoices, check requests and reimbursements, as time permits. Key Responsibilities To enable the Executive Director to lead the organization efficiently and effectively, the Executive Scheduler’s responsibilities include:

Qualifications While the Executive Scheduler will support and directly report to the Executive Director, the Executive Scheduler will be a fully integrated member of the Greenbelt Alliance team. The Executive Scheduler will contribute to a supportive, collaborative, and productive work environment at Greenbelt Alliance. The Executive Scheduler must be a highly organized individual with the following skills:
