Overview: Our Environmental Services group is dedicated to managing environmental issues professionally and proactively. We provide integrated, multidisciplinary services to identify and assess liabilities and risks, and to develop solutions to site management, remediation, and mitigation. Our staff of professionals includes specialists in hydrogeology, hydrology, water resources management, GIS, information management, environmental monitoring, in-situ/ex-situ remedial design and implementation, human health and ecological risk assessments, air quality permitting and reporting, pipeline and AST compliance, stormwater permitting and planning, and audit support services . We are seeking exceptionally talented and enthusiastic individuals with a keen interest in the natural sciences to join our team and advance their career.
Stantec's Environmental Services Practice is looking for an experienced professional to serve as a Senior Project Manager to help direct, manage and implement our growing practice. This position will be based out of our office in Rancho Cordova, CA. Responsibilities:The Senior Project Manager will manage and lead a team of geologists and engineers, completing environmental and permitting projects. This position will be responsible to expand Stantec's presence in the industrial, municipal, state, and browns field markets and requires the development of proposals and budgets for environmental, compliance, and permitting tasks. The Senior Project Manager will write and review technical reports and manage staff conducting work. Incumbent is expected to act as a role model who actively mentors colleagues, helping them build leadership and management experience. Qualifications:
