Our Transportation group provides comprehensive planning, design, and engineering services for all phases of airports and aviation, bridge, rail, roadway, and transit projects. Our new office in Grande Prairie has an immediate need for two Intermediate/Senior Engineers. As the successful candidate, you will provide engineering expertise in the areas of design development and analysis of municipal services and site plans, liaison with clients as well as contract administration and construction reviews of buildings related projects. Working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary design team, you will be challenged in providing innovative solutions to our client’s facility needs, preparing quality technical specifications, liaising locally and across Canada with clients and organizations related to the design, project approval process and construction reviews. Senior lead positions could be multi-disciplinary with a focus on local business development, project management, supervisory, ect. Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership, solid civil/municipal design experience and excellent interpersonal communication skills with clients and team members alike. They will have 5-10 years municipal experience in transportation, water/wastewater, urban land development and landscape architecture as well as experience in all disciplines including civil, mechanical and electrical for buildings. Specific experience and qualifications in the following areas are also required:
