Stantec is One Team providing Infinite Opportunities Responsibilities:Our Red Deer Planning and Landscape Architecture group is seeking an experienced Senior Landscape Architect.
This is a significant opportunity to help lead the growth of our planning and landscape architecture practice in Red Deer. We are looking for someone who is up for the challenge and has the business development know how.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Business development, client relations, design concept development, design development, • Preparation and/or administration of the completion of contract documents • Costs estimates, correspondence, administration of construction services • Project management and staff supervision and mentoring. • Leading the pursuit of urban projects for both public and private sector clients.
Some of these projects would include urban parks, transit oriented development, advanced education space design and planning, context sensitive design for streets, and significant high-profile design projects. Qualifications:The successful candidate will possess the following:
