Ecology Action is engaged in a marketing, education and outreach effort to support utility Whole House Upgrade Programs (WHUP). The Program Manager oversees a team of field staff engaging with homeowners, contractors, realtors, lenders, local government representatives and other stakeholders to successfully drive uptake in utility whole house programs and effect positive behavior change towards energy efficiency. The Program Manager will coordinate the activities of regional field staff in delivering appropriate community level outreach, education, technical assistance and customer support for the Whole House Upgrade Program. Ecology Action’s successful methodology is centered on community-based social marketing principles and the Program Manager will ensure that the program team’s efforts support that methodology and affect positive results for the client and stakeholders.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, talk and hear, and use a computer keyboard and monitor. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Employee will be required to drive to meetings and events on a regular basis.
Work Environment: Generally, the work environment is an office or event setting. However, travel by flying or driving may be required. Driving an insured personal vehicle on company business is required (currently $.55/mile reimbursement). Compensation: Total compensation range is $70,350 to $79,404 annual salary (exempt). This is a full-time position subject to continued funding of Marketing, Education and Outreach programs.
