The Network Support Associate is an entry level position that assists the Network Manager to ensure that the AMC's central computer systems and the desktop computer systems run reliably and efficiently. This includes diagnosing and repairing hardware and software problems on Windows and Macintosh desktop machines, Windows servers, local area network, wide area network, and VoIP systems. User technical support and desktop systems are this position's primary responsibility. Assisting in the development and implementation of the organization's Intranet, providing backup support for the membership and development database, and management of central systems are additional responsibilities. Candidate must be self-motivated, efficient and hard working with a positive attitude. Responsibilities:
