Responsibilities:Stantec’s Environmental Services practice seeks a Project Manager to provide environmental permitting, project management, business development and other client services for natural resource projects located primarily in Massachusetts and Connecticut. Project management responsibilities include developing project proposals, managing projects and budgets, and performing and overseeing technical work. Environmental permitting responsibilities include identifying project-specific environmental permitting requirements, coordinating with resource agency personnel, writing and reviewing technical reports and environmental permit applications, presenting at public meetings, and facilitating successful environmental permitting of multiple and varied projects. He or she will have the ability to translate scientific analysis and findings into readily understood lay terms and communicate effectively with regulators, the public, and other project stakeholders.
