Responsibilities:Project Managers have the direct responsibility to deliver completed projects to both internal and external clients. They work directly with clients and leadership, and manage project staff.
Responsibilities include managing project financials, tasks, and people to meet established goals; design leadership; client management; proposal preparation; contract negotiation, business development. Qualifications:4 year degree in civil engineering; Minimum10 years of experience in municipal and private development; PE in ND or ability to acquire it within 6 months.
The right person will have experience in the following areas: managing multi-discipline and multi-jurisdictional projects; winning and delivering work; proposal writing and SOQs; report writing; making public presentations; construction administration. |
