Description of Position Web Writer - Content Manager - Social Media Specialist. The Communications Specialist will promote PEC’s mission and programs through the production of communications pieces across all needed platforms. The Communications Specialist will help to advance the following communications goals, outlined in the PEC Strategic Plan:
