Stantec's Kitchener office is an energetic, well established group of over 300 multidisciplinary professionals. Our Urban Land group has almost 60 people involved in land development engineering, planning, landscape architecture and water resources disciplines. We are experiencing growth in our group and there are many opportunities for varied project experience. Responsibilities:Our Kitchener office has a new opportunity for a Land Development Project Coordinator. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for the coordination of residential and industrial/commercial/institutional development projects varying in scope from initial concept work in support of site selection, to preliminary work in support of planning approvals, detailed design and approvals, tendering, construction administration and final acceptance.
