Job Description: 

We are in need of a full time web administrator who will be responsible for carrying out the daily operations of our website. The ideal candidate will be able to optimize our website procedures and implement all website updates. She/he should also have an eye for web design as the candidate will have a central role updating our current website design and functionality.

Our company is in the process of transitioning our website from Kintera Black baud. The right candidate will be able to guide the transition process and establish website-related workflows for our new site.

The successful candidate will possess the following combination of experience, knowledge, and skills:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or a related technical discipline isrequired.
  • Minimum of 5 years related work experience in website design, development and/or administration.
  • Must have experience in building/redesigning websites with CMS. Strong preference to candidates who have experience in building CMS tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with websites with integrations between the website and CRM databases.
  • Server databases and CRM’s.
  • Must be able to proactively generate creative solutions to support marketing needs.
  • Knowledge of Internet Web technologies and best practices.
  • A passion for creating highly usable Web sites that optimize the user experience.
  • Experience in disciplines of user experience design and development.
  • Must be able to work independently as well as thrive in a fast-pace, dynamic, team environment.
  • Strong desire to bring best practices to the team, share your knowledge and expertise and enable your team members’ mutual success as the organization continues to grow.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience working with SQL databases preferred.
  • Strong .NET web development experience preferred.
