Job Description:	Location: Lincoln, MA The Land Protection Department is seeking to fill a two-year, full-time position for a Land Information System (LIS) Assistant. Principal Responsibilities: Populating Mass Audubon’s Land Information System (a web-based geo-indexed system for sharing documents and boundary data among staff) through office research, field work, and database entry Gathering field data and writing baseline documentation reports for our Conservation Restriction stewardship program Assisting the organization prepare for Land Trust Accreditation. This is a 40 hour/week position. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in conservation or related field; passion for land protection and nature conservation; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, ArcMap, and GPS; ability to work independently with minimum of supervision; great attention to detail; valid driver’s license; comfortable both at desk and in field.
