Overview: With the understanding that effective management of our water resources is critical to public health, economic development, and the long-term health of the environment, our Environmental Infrastructure Group is focused on delivering and managing sustainable water and wastewater solutions. We collaborate on developing innovative solutions for complex projects in the areas of advanced water and wastewater process design, water supply, conveyance, pumping, and storage. Responsibilities:We have a challenging assignment in water/wastewater infrastructure engineering, including design of pump stations, treatment facilities, storage facilities and pipe systems. We are looking for motivated individuals, at EIT level (1+ years) to PE (4+ years) levels, who are interested in advancing their career while maintaining Stantec's position as one of the premier Engineering Consulting firms.
Successful candidates will use their technical abilities to plan, design and construct water/wastewater facilities in a dynamic team setting. Candidate should have an understanding of water/wastewater systems, including treatment processes.
The candidate will provide input into technical reports and complete design computations, cost estimates and specifications, and may also perform construction observation on project related work. All work will be completed with direction from a licensed professional engineer. Qualifications:
