RHA, Inc. is looking for a multi-talented and seasoned leader with a passion for energy efficiency to manage a program that helps low-income San Diego residents take advantage of a free utility service. This is a critical role requiring a triple skill set: excellent client relationship management, creative social marketing and operative knowledge of energy efficiency technologies and measures. World class program management skills, plus a strategic vision for community outreach and social good, will drive our goal of dramatically increasing the number of low income people we engage to save energy. You’ll advance a sustainable national energy policy by making a huge impact locally.
Ideal Program Manager will:
Minimum Requirements: -5 years work experience managing large-scale programs or projects, leading cross functional teams and su-pervising staff |
