| Job Description: |
The State Director of Philanthropy is responsible for the design and implementation of all fund raising activities to support The Trust for Public Land’s land conservation activities in Tennessee. The State Director of Philanthropy works closely with the State Director and the Divisional Director of Philanthropy to develop fund raising goals and projections and to build a major gifts program with a special focus on individual giving. This position also works closely with the State Office project and administrative staff, Divisional project and administrative staff, and TPL National philanthropy staff, and interacts closely and frequently with donors and Advisory Council volunteers. The State Director of Philanthropy reports to the Divisional Director of Philanthropy. Essential Functions
