Job Description: 

The Senior Manager, Corporate Engagement position offers a talented and ambitious individual who is passionate about corporate sustainability, the opportunity to lead Net Impact’s growing corporate relationships program, develop significant relationships with more than 75 leading companies, and contribute meaningfully to a dynamic and growing nonprofit organization.

Working closely with other members of the Development team and the Executive Director, this position will have responsibility for raising over $1.5M annually from corporate supporters by evolving a successful corporate sponsorship offering into a true corporate engagement program that aligns with Net Impact’s long-term strategy.

Specific responsibilities include:

    • Generate $1.5M in revenue annually, with ~20% annual growth projected (building on comparable recent annual growth)
    • Deepen existing corporate relationships through developing, piloting, and expanding new corporate engagement programs that align with Net Impact’s longer term strategy.  Potential examples include Net Impact corporate chapters and recruiting partnerships
    • Identify, approach, and convert new companies into Net Impact supporters and partners
    • Provide outstanding value to corporate partners via our core sponsorship offering focused around the Net Impact conference
    • Oversee efficient and effective outreach and stewardship process management, via Salesforce.com and other tools
    • Create effective and compelling development materials, including proposals, letters, and PowerPoint presentations
    • Support other development efforts as necessary and appropriate, including foundation and individual cultivation opportunities

      • Proven experience in nonprofit fundraising or business development a strong plus
      • High tolerance for ambiguity
      • Proven ability to collaborate successfully within a team as well as within a broader organization
