The IT Support Technician position will support approximately 100 users, 75 onsite and 25 remote. Basic server administration will also be required. Candidates must have diverse IT industry knowledge, good listening skills, attention to detail, and follow thru skills. Responsibilities:

The Alliance to Save Energy is seeking an IT Technician to help support our staff. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the IT Support/Admin arena. We are looking for an individual who is eager to learn in return for hands on experience. Ability to work well with people is a requirement as we put a high value on good customer service. This position could eventually require the ability to manage all aspects of a small-medium IT network. Salary Range $45000 - $50000 plus full benefits package.
