Under supervision, the Energy Auditor will conduct comprehensive energy audits of multifamily and commercial buildings. The successful candidate will be expected to conduct field data collection, carry out energy usage analysis and energy modeling, and, with supervision, prepare audit reports containing recommended scope of work for energy efficiency improvements. Within the first year, he/she will also be expected to be able to prepare heating system upgrades or replacement specifications, and carry out field quality assurance reviews of system installations. Responsibilities: The Energy Auditor is responsible for conducting energy assessments as directed, which includes the following responsibilities.
