This position is an outstanding opportunity for a sharp, motivated leader to demonstrate strategic thinking, program development and project management skills, deepen knowledge across a wide range of sustainability issues, and craft a large, high-profile and well-regarded flagship event. Reporting to the Deputy Director, the Senior Conference Manager will lead Net Impact’s efforts to construct and deliver an excellent, inspiring and educational event for 2,500 attendees at the annual Net Impact Conference. The conference is Net Impact’s cornerstone event and plays a major role in Net Impact’s overall financial, branding, and member experience. This position will coordinate successful efforts by the logistics, marketing, and sponsorship teams, and lead a small content team that designs and executes 100 sessions featuring 300+ expert speakers. The Senior Conference Manager will represent Net Impact externally, interacting with prominent experts from the corporate responsibility, social impact, and sustainability fields.
