RMI is in search of an innovative creative leader to serve as Art Director. This hire will be equally skilled in conceptualization and execution and will be able to produce—and manage the production of—exceptional design to meet the Institute’s needs, whether print, digital, or multimedia. This person will manage RMI’s Design Specialist and, when needed for access to specific skills, engage and direct third-party providers. The Art Director will manage the RMI brand standards and ensure that RMI has a strong, recognizable, consistent visual identity. The design team is responsible for ongoing projects including producing RMI’s primary publications, Solutions Journal and the Annual Report. In addition to managing the workflow for design requests, it is expected that this person bring creativity and passion to identifying opportunities to elevate the quality of RMI’s presence in the market. RMI has offices in Boulder and Snowmass, Colorado. This position is located in Boulder and reports to the Vice President of Marketing and Communications. Key Responsibilities
