Our services include architecture, interior design, and planning for a wide variety of project types.

Responsibilities:

Our Toronto – Wellington office has an immediate need for a Junior /Intermediate Intern Architect who will join our Commercial Development group to be part of the pursuit and execution of complex commercial retail projects. The Commercial Development group services all phases of a project including site analysis and planning, preliminary design, securing planning approvals and permits, preparing construction drawings and specifications, and bidding and project management services.  Our structure cultivates career growth and provides opportunities as unique as you are.

Qualifications:
  • Graduate with a Bachelor’s of Architecture Degree with minimum 2-5 years experience
  • Strong design skills an asset
  • Revit, AutoCAD, 3DSMax, Sketchup, Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills
  •  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills essential in your relationships with colleagues and clients; great team skills and ability to work on multiple projects
  • Construction document drawings experience; knowledge of building codes
  • Interest/knowledge of "green" technology; LEED certification an asset
