Position Summary We are seeking a talented and experienced person to join the eight other members of our high-performing State and Local Initiatives team. The (Senior) Research Associate is responsible for planning a conducting a wide range of research for both internal and external audiences. The (Senior) Research Associate often works in partnership with researchers at other organizations and regularly represents Green For All in public speaking roles. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who has a demonstrated ability to manage a wide range of projects and to deliver results for his or her organization. We are interested in candidates who can demonstrate some expertise in one or more of the following categories: workforce development, economic development, business support, finance, policy advocacy, social equity, environmental issues, community or labor organizing. Successful candidates will be affable and highly adaptable team players. The ability to interact with all levels of staff and external partners in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism is crucial to this role. The (Senior) Research Associate must be a strong writer and a skilled communicator. Responsibilities
