Responsibilities: We are currently seeking to fill several Junior /Intermediate Facility Assessment Engineer /Technologist roles for our Markham and/or Mississauga offices. The successful candidate will be part of a project team, and under the direction of a project manager, will provide property condition assessments, report writing and capital planning services. The individual must be capable of working independently to provide general evaluations of primary building system components, within a multi-discipline evaluation team.
