JDM Associates – an energy management and sustainability consulting firm specializing in real estate, located in Falls Church, VA – is seeking several highly-motivated, team-oriented professionals to provide sustainability and energy efficiency consulting services to commercial building owners and operators. JDM consultants review our clients’ properties, including office buildings and multifamily communities, to identify opportunities for enhancing sustainability and reducing natural resource consumption. Consultants then support clients to implement recommended improvements and analyze the results in terms of cost savings, energy use reductions, and other metrics. In addition to the responsibilities and requirements detailed above, more specific information about individual positions is as follows: Quality Assurance Manager: The Quality Assurance Manager will review and ensure the quality of documents and deliverables prepared by Property Consultants, LEED Consultants, and Engineering Consultants, including energy audit reports, proposals, financial analyses, and quantitative data sets. The individual will edit written materials for clarity, review calculations and cost/benefit analyses to validate the underlying logic and assumptions, and problem-solve to correct issues and inconsistencies.
