We collaborate on developing innovative solutions for complex projects in the areas of advanced water and wastewater process design, water supply, conveyance, pumping, and storage.

Our office in Regina Saskatchewan is seeking a Construction Coordinator to work in our Water group. Primarily you will assist the Project Managers in the development of municipal infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Assure the site development follows the approved design drawings and specifications
  • Liaise with various contractors and utility companies that are scheduled for work at the site development
  • Assure that horizontal and vertical alignments are maintained
  • Prepare surveys and grade sheets from approved design drawings
  • Establish control for the development area
  • Quality control inspections
  • Provide measurements of the work performed for payments made to the contractors
  • Provide all the appropriate testing, note taking and record drawings to Project Managers so Completion Certificates can be issued
  • Assist in design and reports
Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Civil Engineering Technology or Water Resources Technologydiploma; or Civil Engineering degree from a recognized post-secondary institution
  • Minimum of two years related construction coordination experience preferably with Municipal Infrastructure projects
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or Civil 3D is preferred
  • Valid driver’s license, an abstract may be required prior to commencement of employment
