We are seeking a Senior Toxicologist to join and support our US Environmental Services team. This position can be based out of any Stantec US office. Responsibilities:This senior level scientist should have a degree in toxicology or related health/ecological sciences and a background in human health/ecological risk assessment to support our national risk management team. In this role, the selected candidate will serve as an expert in human, environmental, and occupational risk management services, and complete quantitative exposure assessments and toxicology studies supporting Stantec offices across the US.
Project work involves interesting science-based litigation support, site-specific human/ecological health risk assessment, and project management. Successful candidates must have experience in health risk assessment and applied toxicology, or public health investigations and be proficient in technical report writing and public presentations. They should also possess, at a minimum, a bachelor’s degree and 10 years of experience in human and /or ecological health risk assessment or applied toxicology. A background in consulting and project management is preferred.
