| Job Description: |
This position is responsible for oversight of various aspects of the Green Communities and Business department. It includes supervising Community Outreach Specialists and analyzing the effectiveness of outreach and education specifically in the areas of efficiency/renewable energy within the identified target groups. The position will supervise the Environmental Education Coordinator and support responsibilities of educating in schools and other community venues. The position reports to the Associate Director. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

This is a full-time salaried position with benefits located in our Northampton office. Evening and weekend work may be needed. The Center for EcoTechnology offers competitive pay rates and a comprehensive health plan which pays approximately 60% of the individual’s health insurance costs. New employees are eligible for dental insurance; accrue 10 days of paid vacation leave per year, 9 sick days and offers 12 paid holidays.
