Full-time, permanent position located in our Oakland, California headquarters. About Green For All: Green For All's innovative Clean Energy Works Portland (CEWP) pilot program is demonstrating the promise of the green economy. CEWP employed over 350 people and built the capacity of over 65 businesses in its first year. Half of the work and 20% of the contract dollars went to workers or businesses from communities of color or low income communities. Green For All has also toured with artists like Wiz Khalifa, the Black Eyed Peas, and Drake to engage and educate youth about the promise of a green economy. Over one hundred Green For All Fellows are working in their local communities across the country to transform our economy from the ground up. We are looking for an experienced candidate for the Program Assistant position who will enjoy the insight that the position provides into Green For All's organizational model, and who will become an invaluable member of a high functioning team doing transformative work. Position Summary: This person must be flexible, proactive, and detail-oriented. The ability to interact with all levels of staff and external partners in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism is crucial to this role. The Program Assistant must be a strong writer and a skilled communicator. This position is ideal for someone with excellent references that demonstrate experience managing (administratively or strategically) an organization or executive.
