Our structure cultivates career growth and provides opportunities as unique as you are. Responsibilities:Florida PE with 7+ years experience in general civil and/or land development. Must have strong working knowledge of civil design (stormwater, utilities, paving/geometric roadway design, grading, earthwork, etc.) Must have knowledge of local construction practices and possess proven project management and business development experience. LEED certification desired, but not required. Qualifications:BSCE , FL PE license, and 7+ years experience in general civil and/or land development. LEED certification desired but not required. Must have strong working knowledge of civil design (stormwater, utilities, paving/geometric roadway design, grading, earthwork, etc.) and the permitting / approval process (local, state and federal). Must also have knowledge in local construction practices and posses proven project management skills (proposal preparation, project coordination and scheduling, invoicing and project documentation. Software proficiency should include AdICPR, MS Office (Word, Excel, Project and Powerpoint) Must have working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Should also posess marketing and business development experience.
