The Student Conservation Association (SCA), America's #1 conservation service organization seeks a Human Resources Assistant based in Charlestown, NH. This role will coordinate paperwork for processing and filing for all new hires and perform various administrative functions to support the Human Resource department.
Primary Responsibilities:
Coordinate new hire paperwork processing & background checks for all field leaders including return and follow up to ensure all necessary information is collected Create and maintain all staff personnel files in a manner consistent with state and federal regulations Maintain various HR-related filing/tracking systems such as I9 forms in accordance with related compliance regulations Maintain various HR-related spreadsheets as well as organizational lists including staff anniversary lists, telephone listings, etc. Coordinate various processes associated with each Coordinate and process unemployment paperwork and employment verifications for all staff and members as needed Act as primary back up for front office reception and mail processing Qualifications:
High School or GED required; Associate's degree preferred 2+ years of Administrative support experience required.
