Fallingwater, the architectural masterpiece designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, has a part time opening in the Visitor Services Department. The Visitor Services Representative provides superior and friendly customer service, takes and updates reservations and visitor information, greets visitors, sells admission tickets, staffs the visitor services desk and works with on-line ticket sales. Must have good verbal and written communications skills, have professional telephone etiquette, and have a strong customer service orientation. We offer a professional and friendly working atmosphere in a beautiful location and the chance to meet interesting people from around the world. This position offers a competitive hourly rate, employee discounts, and free tickets to Fallingwater. Successful applicants must be flexible with schedule and available to work weekends as needed. |
