Stantec's Support Teams provide Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Marketing & Communications, and Risk Management services to over 10,500 employees operating out of more than 160 locations in North America. Through this support infrastructure, we are poised to help Stantec reach its vision of becoming a top 10 global design firm.

 

Responsibilities:

Stantec is looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and motivated Marketing Coordinator for our Louisville, KY office.

 

Primary responsibilities include:

  1. Preparing high quality and timely qualification packages, proposals, presentation materials, reports and communications in support of marketing activities
  2. Maintaining and updating information on project experience and personnel
  3. Coordinating and participating in events and conferences
  4. Facilitating regional sponsorship and advertising activities
  5. Conducting research
Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years of relevant marketing experience is preferred, but not necessary. Successful candidates must have a Bachelor Degree in marketing, communications, or related field. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. Specific knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.  Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Photoshop) desirable.

  2. Excellent proofreading/editing skills
  3. Ability to communicate complex information clearly
  4. Ability to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently
  5. Strong problem-solving abilities
  6. Ability to work well in team environment
