Overview: Stantec's Support Teams provide Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Marketing & Communications, and Risk Management services to over 10,000 employees operating out of more than 150 locations in North America. Responsibilities: Stantec is looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and motivated Marketing Coordinator for our Madison, Wisconsin office. Primary responsibilities include:
A minimum of 2 years of relevant marketing experience is preferred, but not necessary. Successful candidates must have a Bachelor Degree in marketing, communications, or related field. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. Specific knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required. Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Photoshop) desirable. Prior experience with environmental services in the Great Lakes region preferred, but not necessary. Required skills and abilities include:
