Responsibilities: Stantec's Ottawa office is currently looking for an Intermediate Electrical Engineer/Designer. This individual will be an excellent communicator and skilled problem-solver with a strong attention to detail. This is a dynamic work environment where you will play a pivotal role in a diverse range of projects, from initial planning to design to construction.
This position is of interest to self-directed individuals with 5+ years of experience. The individual will be expected to work independently on electrical design as an integrated member of an interdisciplinary design team. Responsibilities include the design of electrical systems including power distribution, generators, lighting, structured data cabling, fire alarm, communications, security, energy management and mechanical equipment control design for commercial, industrial, institutional, public and private facilities.
