Responsibilities:• Plan, coordinate and oversee the production of project construction documents • Ensure quality standards, timelines and budget requirements are adhered to • Produce construction documents utilizing AutoCAD • Organize, maintain and disseminate project information • Ensure changes and redlines are incorporated into construction documents Qualifications:• 3+ years experience with small to mid-sized commercial/retail projects • Architectural experience or degree preferred • Proficiency in AutoCAD required • Effective written and verbal communications skills required |
