Founded in 1980, Land's Sake is a private, nonprofit corporation dedicated to responsible stewardship of suburban farmland and forests. By combining ecologically sound land management with experiential farm-based education, we provide a powerful model of how public open space can be effectively used and enjoyed by the community. Our efforts are centered on three themes: (1) sustainable land management and open space preservation, (2) farm-based education, and (3) community building and care. We are looking for energetic and knowledgeable individuals to assist the Education Director in leading farm-based educational programming. Individuals with a desire to work and learn outside will love the time spent on the farm or in the woods and will admire the variety of work the Land's Sake community shares. Responsibilities: Qualifications: Employment dates: Employment will be based on a per program basis, we ask that our educators commit to certain time slots each week starting the week of February 28th through June 17th. Most programs are scheduled for mornings and early afternoon.
