The successful candidate will lead Stantec’s Pacific Northwest Region (Oregon and Washington). The Regional Leader (RL) is responsible and accountable for the geographic regions' operations management, local delivery of professional services and financial performance. The RL implements effective business strategies and motivates and leads, by influence and example, other leaders in the region to deliver on targeted objectives for growth, operations performance, and quality product delivery. The RL is expected to maintain contact with key clients in the region by taking part in business development activities, contributing to proposals, reviewing client agreements, etc. The RL reports directly to the Regional Operating Unit Leader.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and business development skills and will be a results-oriented individual who excels in a multi-disciplinary and collaborative environment, have a desire to succeed, is enthusiastic, and possesses the highest degree of integrity. Strong leadership, financial management, and team building skills are required for the candidate to meet the expectations of this position. Previous leadership experience is essential. |
