Position
The CNT Energy Administrative Assistant provides administrative support for CNT Energy’s internal and customer facing programs. Primary responsibilities include supporting the administrative needs of the CNT Energy Executive Director and COO, supporting CNT Energy’s check request and invoicing process, answering CNT Energy incoming calls and providing general project support using tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Accountability The Administrative Assistant reports to CNT Energy’s Executive Director, Anne Evens. The Administrative Assistant will also collaborate closely with other members of CNT’s Energy’s staff and will work closely with other members of CNT’s admin staff. Responsibilities
· Answering incoming phone, mail and electronic communications · Providing information on energy programs and services · Tracking and addressing customer comments, requests, and complaints using a customer relationship management database . · When necessary provide overflow support of CNT Energy’s call center.
