Stantec Consulting Services, Inc (Stantec) is currently seeking an experienced Civil or Structural Engineer with a current Professional Engineering License in Colorado trained as a National Bridge Inventory (NBI) certified Team Leader to work as part of our Bridge Inspection Unit based in Denver, Colorado per the National Bridge Inspection Standards (NBIS). This position will entail inspection, load rating and new design of both bridges and culverts per LRFD throughout Colorado and the United States. Responsibilities: Our chosen candidate will be responsible for performing on-site structure inspections, performing quality control of inspection data, submitting all data in the allowable timeframe and assisting with the organization and scheduling of structural inspections.
The chosen candidate must work well in a group setting. Travel throughout Colorado and/or the United States and Canada will be required for approximately 2 weeks of each month. SPRAT Certification or knowledge of roped climbing methods is a plus. Close coordination for client relations and marketing will be necessary. All personal protective equipment and inspection materials will be provided by Stantec. Qualifications:
