People For Puget Sound seeks a Director of Individual Giving to develop strategy and manage all aspects of individual prospect and donor cultivation, solicitation, recognition, stewardship and communication. This position provides leadership and support to the Fund Development Committee and manages the annual fund and membership programs, staff and volunteers. The Director of Individual Giving is responsible an active portfolio of 50-75 major donors as well as implementing a comprehensive individual giving/major gifts program for all individual donors.
