Stantec is seeking a Sr. Electrical Engineer in its San Francisco or Sacramento, CA Buildings Engineering office. Responsibilities:
Using a combination of low- and high-tech solutions, Stantec Engineering identifies customized systems that meet or exceed our clients' expectations. We apply engineering strategies to conserve natural resources, create healthier spaces, and reduce operational costs. Our services include building systems design and assessments, power design, lighting design, technology design, natural ventilation and day lighting design, solar shading analyses, detailed thermal analyses, life cycle costing, standby power systems, LEED® energy modeling and documentation, and a host of specialized MEP design services. Qualifications:The ideal candidate will be able to lead a design team that will realize the clients needs and will be able to design state of the art building electrical systems.
Knowledge and expertise in electrical systems design, calculations, life cycle cost analysis, drawing production and report writing required. The candidate must be detailed oriented and well organized with effective communication skills both verbal and written.
