Responsibilities:

 

Our Redmond office is currently searching for a Receptionist to support the Senior Office Administrative Manager, as well as the overall success of the team. 

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with correspondence;
  • Arranging appointments;
  • Greeting visitors;
  • Fielding and directing phone calls;
  • Coordinating special events; and
  • Accepting/processing client payments.   


Qualifications:

 

  • Good interpersonal skills;
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Access;
  •   Two years of reception/administrative experience;
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Versatility, flexibility and willingness to work within frequently changing priorities;
  • Acute attention to detail;
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions;
  • Ability to take initiative;
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Must be willing to roll up sleeves and do whatever it takes to help staff members;
  • Professional attitude;
  • Sound judgment.
