The Development Officer will play a significant role in Net Impact's growth and expansion. Net Impact is currently growing over 20% per year and has a diversified revenue stream that supports that growth. Our plans call for significantly expanding our corporate, foundation, and individual support. Reporting to the Development Director, the Development Officer will be a key member of the development team, driving our foundation and individual development efforts, as well as being the team's principal writer for grants and other proposals. In that role, the Development Officer will have a well-defined opportunity to significantly impact our development revenue, while working as part of a small, growing development team. Proven success in generating successful development proposals and stellar writing skills are essential for the position. Experience with individual giving programs is also essential. Net Impact's development team and organization has an entrepreneurial spirit, and places a premium on both working collaboratively and getting things done. Key Roles and Responsibilities Position is a key member of the overall development team and will play a role in all areas of development strategy and execution, including corporate, foundation, and individual support.
