Responsibilities:

This position provides administrative support to projects and the project team / managers.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, document preparation, document quality assurance, document controls, and filing.  As part of the Document Management group, the Document Management Administrative Assistant also assembles reports and proposals; assists the discipline engineers with data collection, quotations, and spreadsheet development; provides assistance to the Receptionist and Travel Coordinator; and provides other administrative / clerical duties as required. 



Qualifications:
  • Four years relevant experience.
  • The position requires the incumbent to have knowledge of a variety of computer software, specifically, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, and Adobe Acrobat. 
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to juggle numerous writing projects simultaneously in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong command of the English language in documentation with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software applications to improve speed in delivering final product.
  • Must possess a high degree of confidentiality.
