We have an immediate need for a Project Coordinator in our San Francisco office.



Responsibilities:

 

The Project Coordinator is responsible for porviding administrative support to assigned teams and their projects, and generally facilitating the flow of information on projects through all stages of work.  Provide primary word processing, filing, database maintenance, document management, and general support for assigned projects.  Responsible for assuring all tasks, whether produced or coordinated, are completed in a timely fashion.  Entrepreneurial approach to problem solving strongly encouraged.

 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Provide all word processing for assigned projects, including correspondence, memos, meeting minutes, reports, specs.
  • Maintain all project-related documentation including electronic and hard copy filing and project file set up.
  • Maintain project databases and directories for assigned projects.
  • Log and distribute drawings, RFIs, Submittals and other special packages.
  • Package drawings and other project related materials as needed.
  • Prioritize own workload; when necessary assume responsibility for coordination with other staff to assist in completing duties in a timely manner.
  • Make travel / lodging /car arrangements for staff.
  • Assist in calendaring and set up of project-related meetings.
  • Assist in tracking project financials as required.
  • Assist in special projects and assignments as required.
  • Provide backup receptionist relief.


Qualifications:
  • 4 year degree or comparable work experience (industry experience preferred)
  • MS Outlook, Word, Excel skills required; Filemaker Pro experience preferred
  • Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
