| Job Description: |
The Construction Manager oversees AEA's energy efficiency construction work at new and existing building sites in NYC, with occasional travel to other locations. He or she monitors construction projects to ensure adherence to specifications and contract terms, including installation, materials, workmanship, and project scheduling. The Construction Manager works collaboratively to optimize building sustainability, energy efficiency, use of green construction materials, etc., throughout all phases of AEA construction projects. Responsibilities Include: * Assisting in developing contract specifications for construction materials and installation techniques Qualifications/Skills: * BA/BS or higher education preferred with educational background in construction management, energy management, engineering, architecture, or a related field preferred.
