Job Description: 

Assist the 28 members of Environment America's national federation in online organizing efforts by managing and implementing the schedule of online communications from all federation groups to our online audience. This is an entry level position.

Responsibilities:
* Maintain a schedule of communications to our online audience and communicate with state groups to ensure consistent and timely communication with our audience.
* Set-up, proof and send email alerts to our federation email activist lists
* Resolve issues that federation staff experience with their e-activists lists and web sites, such as removing or changing list subscriptions, setting up action and donation pages, and retrieving data on people who have taken action from their web sites.
* Provide 24 hour, 48 hour and weekly reports to federation groups promptly and accurately.
* Assist Directors of Environment America and the Internet Organizing project in enforcing standards and policies.

*Extremely organized and detail-oriented
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform problem analysis and resolution
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced, unpredictable and demanding environment
* Must thrive on change, innovation, and teamwork
* Basic understanding of Internet technology and communication.
* No fear of computers or the Internet.

Two-year commitment required
Location: Denver, CO; Boston, MA

Salary & Benefits
As a recent graduate, you will earn $23,750 in your first year and $24,250 in your second year. You will be eligible to opt into our group health plan, and will accrue two weeks paid vacation over the course of your first year, three weeks in your second year and will be eligible to apply for college loan assistance. In your second year, you will also be eligible to participate in our 401(k) plan.
