Motiv Power Systems is looking for a Principal Mechanical Engineer. This person would join Motiv's core technical team and be the principle designer of mechanical hardware. Primary responsibilities involve structural design and packaging for power electronics (up to hundreds of kW) that are key components of our electric-drive vehicles.
Motiv is a fast-growing, innovative startup firm, and we are looking for candidates that are ready and excited to be in an entrepreneurial role. A candidate must be ready to provide enthusiastic contributions across a wide range of technical disciplines. Candidate must be self-motivated and have a desire for taking on an engineering leadership role. Compensation is based on experience and includes significant equity. This position is full time.
