Position Summary: Green Mountain Energy Company is seeking a Market Manager with outstanding relationship building and organizational skills. This position will be responsible for managing the sales, and recruiting efforts for our residential sales program in the Dallas Fort Worth area, which includes teams in Dallas, Tarrant County, Killeen, Round Rock and Waco. The postion's primary responsibility is to spend the majority of their time in the field leading, motivating, teaching, and selling alongside sales agents. This position will directly lead a retail sales team, and manage two additional team leaders. This position will ensure that teams and channels in the market meet and exceed daily, weekly, & monthly sales goals.
This position will manage a full time staff including a recruiter, a partnership coordinator, event coordinator and team leaders; and approximately 50 part time sales agents across several teams.
